Location and service etc were amazing. They have on-site restaurant called Kudos.
Greatly enjoyed spacious balcony.
We would definitely recommend this hotel for its service and staff. It was a bonus for us to stay within 5 minutes’ walk from hysan place. The personal was very best.
The room had a good balcony. Proximity to hysan place. Recommended base for discovering Hong Kong;)))
Couldn't find any faults at all.
Good area and a lot of shop to shopping. And hotel staff very good service.
Good location for shopping centres and easy access to MTR underground , room clean and up to standards of 5 star ,all business and office needs avail in the room, excellent breakfast with helpful waitress.
Hotel Lobby is small and dont reflect the actual image of the different sections of the hotel.
The location is great and only 2 minute walk from mtr station which will get your around all of hk and Kowloon. The bedroom was great with a fantastic bathroom with very large bath and seperate shower. Bed was really comfortable with feather duvet and pillows and air conditioning was very effective and quiet. We found the service a bit stuffy and even around the pool someone was always there watching you and waiting and although they see this as great service we thought it was a bit over the top. We were not impressed with club service as the facilities are being updated and we had to take all drinks food in the ground floor bar area which again a bit stuffy. Breakfast was ample and views from our room were great. Pool area only has 4 seats so not a place to spend the day sunbathing but we were sightseeing so only wanted a quick dip. The hotel kept our bags all day when we had to check out at 12 and they allowed us to use a shower in the gym area to freshen up before our flight home.
We upgraded to club facilites but as the club floor was being renovated we had to use bar on ground floor which was a bit stuffy and very quiet with no atmosphere. Would have been better if we could have used bar on 28th floor as had a real club feel and great views over hk. Staff were polite but not really very friendly
very new hotel convenietnly located near shopping area. the design of the hotel is very decent.
no free wi fi
Very attractive, comfortable room.
Restaurant closes at 12, upper level bar was reserved for a private function. It was impossible for me to have a drink or eat after work.
Comfortable, and close to all amenities in the area. I was able to get around Hong Kong, quite easily from this location. It is on the pricey side, but definitley worth it.
The location is excellent, in the heart of Hong Island City Centerand few minutes to Sogo & Times Square .
Its more for business travelers not for family . the room size ( Deluxe ) is ok ,
I liked the location of the hotel, very accessible to shops and taxi. The staff were very courteous and helpful, especially the bellboys and guards. The receptionists should be more friendly.
My spouse and I got scared by the fire alarm that woke us up at 3:30AM. We were so scared that we were not able to sleep again. The hotel staff did not even explain to us what happened. It turned out to be a false alarm, thank God about that, but the hotel could have sent its staff to talk to us because we didn't know what was happening and we were so nervous.
Location was excellent - a 3min walk to Times Square and near many good little eateries as well as a good bakery. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and are attentive to problems that you highlight - our toilet kept flushing (haha), and they sent a plumber to fix the problem in 10min even though it was already late at night. Their service cannot be faulted. The air conditioning can be individually controlled, which is brilliant. Love their shower/bath as well, very spacious and well designed.
The sound proofing is not done very well - in the morning, I can hear the hotel staff knocking on doors saying "housekeeping! housekeeping!", even though the staff weren't saying it very loudly. People talking normally / with slightly lowered voices in the passageways are also clearly audible. We could also hear the people in the room above moving around at night. (It's also possible the dude above was exceptionally heavy or had a very heavy footfall.) Thankfully such things don't really bother me, but if they bother you it might be a problem. Pillows are too big and too firm!!
The rooms display a stylish atmosphere with a kingsize bed in which you can indulge completely. On the 28th floor the lounge bar provides a magnificent view on Hongkong City Centre and cocktails and other drinks sitting next to the swimming pool. In the Pavillon on the 27th floor you can enjoy the view sitting on soft sofas while nipping you drink.
The entrance is sober and rather small and it doesn't reflect the chic style of the rest of the hotel.
It was a pleasurable experience. Right from the concierge to front desk to housekeeping, everyone was very friendly. We upgraded to executive room which had a very nice view of the race course and the hills. The breakfast collection was quite nice, although everyday there was the same selection.
Wireless internet should be free.
1. In-city mobile phone. 2. Availability of chargers for various mobile phones. 3. Modern interior design.
1. Lighting in the room not bright enough. 2. Bottled water provided in the room not enough. 3. No free internet connection.
